Of our two activity streams - the first specialises in providing companies (primarily within the IT industry) with merchandising, marketing and sales support through out Australia. M & M's extensive network of major wholesalers and retailers combined with over 60 years of management, marketing and merchandising experience allows M&M to provide a professional, comprehensive and diverse service to it's clients. Our national team of reps offer instore training, PR, demonstrations, mystery shoppers, sales and merchandising displays.
The retail market is very strong at present and very competitive, with vendors competing in a space where the salesperson on the floor is the make or break of your product. The typical floor salesperson is the person that has the ability to influence the buyers of your products which way to go. Our staff are there to represent you the vendor, not M&M. They work on non conflicting projects and will make a difference to your representation in the field. If you train and educate your retail partners better than your competitors you will get the best results. We offer fantastic value for money with pricing that is highly competitive. Merchandising & Marketing can also assist in new product development and promotion, creation of catalogues, establishing distribution channels for new products through retail outlets, building relationships with customers and creating a distribution chain.
The second stream involves the provision of a Logistics Service around Australia . Our “Pick, Pack, Send” method can be used to distribute MARCOMMS and/or products to your customers seamlessly. Our warehouse is used to store your resources and when required we will ship to designated addresses. We have the ability to ship overnight anywhere in Australia or for the budget conscious we have a three day option available.
